I'm an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. I specialize in one-on-one training and group training. My clients participate in both cardiovascular exercise and weight training. My program consists of cardiovascular exercise (i.e. treadmill, elliptical machine) and use of weights. Clients meet with me 2-3 times per week for 1 hour sessions. Each session is specifically designed with the client’s goals in mind. In addition to cardio and weight training, I also counsel my clients on diet and nutrition. Participation in a regular program of physical activity has been shown to produce positive changes in a number of organ systems. These changes include increased work capacity, improved cardiovascular efficiency, and increased muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance.
